Group Critical Illness Plan
- Issue Ages 18-59 (Renewable to Age 75) based on 6 health questions
- Coverage begins immediately for all conditions except invasive Cancer and non-invasive Cancer in situ (reduced benefit for first 90 days of policy)
- Pays 100% of benefit for first-ever diagnosis/procedure of invasive Cancer, Heart Attack, Stroke, Major Organ Transplant, End-stage Renal Failure, Advanced Alzheimer's Disease, Major Burns, Paralysis and Coma.
- Pays 25% of benefit for first-ever diagnosis/procedure Coronary Bypass Surgery and non-invasive Cancer in situ
- Pays 10% of benefit for first-ever procedure Angioplasty
- Multiple Benefits for up to 3 different categories of diagnosis/procedure
- Returns 100% of paid premiums upon death (any cause) less any benefits
- Available for small business owners with 10 or less employees
- Issue Ages 18-60 (Renewable to Age 65)
- Monthly benefits of $500-$10,000 with 30, 60 and 90 day elimination
- Covered expenses include employee wages/benefits, utilities (including telephone), rent or mortgage payments, furniture/equipment payments, business property/liability premiums, property/payroll taxes, interest on debts, office maintenance services, accounting services, other fixed expenses generally accepted as tax deductible.
