Our Hospital Indemnity Plan

Medical Care is expensive. Can you afford all the deductibles and co-payments not covered  by your health insurance? We can offer a plan that covers medical services representing the greatest percentage of your out-of-pocket healthcare expenses. All benefits are paid directly to the policyholder in addition to any other insurance in force with rates as low as $9.61 a month and available for ages 40-85.

Base policy features:

• Up to 10 day hospital confinement with daily benefits of $100 to $600
• Hospital benefits restore after 60 days of non-confinement
• Emergency room benefit of $150 for a visit resulting in a confinement
• No network requirement - Use any hospital of your choice

Optional benefits to fit your individual needs:

• Outpatient surgery benefit ($250, $500, $750 or $1,000)
• Lump sum initial hospital confinement ($250, $500 or $750)
• Lump sum initial cancer diagnosis ($2,500, $5,000, $7,500 or $10,000)
• Skilled nursing coverage ($120 per day, days 21-100)
• Ambulance benefit ($200 per trip per confinement)
• Accidental Death/Dismemberment ($5,000 or $10,000)
• Durable Medical Equipment (30% of first $1,000 actual charges)
