Our Health Access Plan

As employers nationwide scale back on health benefits to keep overall operating costs down, more and more workers and their families are finding themselves uninsured.  According to the US Census Bureau, more than 45 million Americans, or roughly 15% of the US population, do not have health insurance.

For persons unable to afford or qualify for traditional major medical coverage our low-cost Health Access Plan provides out-patient benefits for routine  doctor's office visits, prescriptions, lab/radiology services, Emergency Room or Urgent Care visits as well as surgical services and daily hospital benefits. The application asks only 3 health questions and is renewable to age 65. Benefits for pre-existent health issues are available after 12 months of continuous coverage.

Benefits include:

• Doctor's office calls: $50 benefit per visit (any doctor you choose)
• Prescription drugs: $10 benefit for generics, $25 benefit for brand names
• Outpatient treatment: Up to $1,000 per calendar year
• Emergency Room/Urgent Care: $250 per visit
• Radiology services: $50-$450 scheduled benefit per visit
• Laboratory services: $15 per service, $100 per surgical pathology test 
• Hospital confinement: $2000 daily for sickness, $4000 daily for accident
• Surgical services: Benefits paid for both inpatient/outpatient surgeries
• Ambulance benefit: $100 ground transport, $1000 air transport per trip
• Maximum benefit: $200,000 per year for inpatient confinements
• Maximum benefit: $1,000,000 per lifetime
